Position: Customer Retention Manager

Location: North West

Salary: Excellent

Our client who, operates within a fast moving industry and a world leader in its field, wish to compliment its already successful team with the appointment of a skilled Retention Manager. This individual will be a committed and dedicated person who will join the team and will maintain retention of customers. The position will include retention/conversion strategy and schemes, automated tool usage and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an online retention strategy with innovating offers and analyzing customers behaviour

  • Actively manage all internal conversion between the brand’s various interfaces, including creating and running campaigns and analysing the results

  • Drive automation of Conversion processes and operations

  • Liaise and co-ordinate with other divisions in the company in respect of long-term Marketing campaigns and other projects

  • Knowledge of competitor loyalty programmes

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in online business, or similar role at a major online company

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Detail oriented, with good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to focus on the selling points of each campaign (“Understanding the Business”) and drive projects to a successful conclusion

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Strong team player

  • Flexibility & adaptability desirable
