This individual will be a committed and dedicated person who will join the team and will maintain retention of customers. The position will include retention/conversion strategy and schemes, automated tool usage and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Create an online retention strategy with innovating offers and analyzing customers behaviour

Actively manage all internal conversion between the brand’s various interfaces, including creating and running campaigns and analysing the results

Drive automation of Conversion processes and operations

Liaise and co-ordinate with other divisions in the company in respect of long-term Marketing campaigns and other projects

Knowledge of competitor loyalty programmes
Skills & Knowledge
Experience in online business, or similar role at a major online company

Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Detail oriented, with good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to focus on the selling points of each campaign (“Understanding the Business”) and drive projects to a successful conclusion

Excellent knowledge of Excel
