Our client is a well respected and highly regarded building & services group, and has been a significant player in the Middle East construction sector for a number of years.
They are very successful in winning construction and development contracts for commercial properties, industrial and infrastructure projects. Furthermore, the group is involved in delivery of client critical projects relating to engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning works. Due to a continued strategy of winning bids this organisation is keen to find an individual who is knowledgeable and experience of the Middle East construction sector.
You will be confident within bid management processes and constructing tender documents for a variety of attractive schemes. You will work closely with other members of the Bid Processing consortia and with public sector sponsors. You will responsible for leading bid presentations and bid proposals to a variety of stakeholders.
The role requires someone who is able to work at senior level and to demanding schedules, has a combination of experience, local & cultural knowledge, operational excellence, and knowledge of bid management preferably with estimator experience for high value tenders up to £100m would be desirable.
The Ideal Candidate will have:-

Excellent knowledge of business protocol in the Middle East would be desirable

Strategic planning and analysis of projects

Excellent Project management skills

Arabic language a distinct advantage but not essential

Excellent communication skills at all levels
