The successful candidate will enhance the level of financial support & analysis within the organisation, the role focuses on supporting the company’s Marketing Business Units.

Responsibilities:

Finance partner for Online Marketing Director

Gain an understanding of the market’s penetration and competitors
-
Give support and provide thought leadership on business development opportunities
-
Provide supporting financial analysis (building and maintaining financial models) for various metrics including regional and key account reporting
-
Own the framework and methodology for tracking promotion success and presenting to senior management and Executive team
-
Own a number of companywide projects and present to senior management and executive team
-
Provide pre and post analysis of marketing deal Return On Investments

General and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
-
Take ownership of the reporting and analysis of marketing activity and results
-
Provide analysis of key Affiliate and online promotions (Assisting in the forecasting and review process and ownership of revenue and marketing forecasts

Work closely with the Accounting and Reporting group to ensure that the necessary systems and processes are in place to derive the data and reports necessary to evaluate results
Skills & Capabilities
The ideal candidate will have experience gained in an online environment carrying out online financial analysis. Able to demonstrate excellent management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. Be a driven, energetic and proactive individual who has a desire to add value in all areas of responsibility. Suitable candidates must be a qualified accountant or have a bachelors or advanced degree in business/finance, CIMA or equivalent
