Position: Marketing Account Manager

Location: London or South

Our client is an established and growing B2B marketing services agency delivering marketing programmes for a range of instantly recognised blue chip clients, They are now seeking a Marketing Account Manager to compliment its thriving & dynamic team. Due to the growth within the business they now wish to expand its delivery team of marketing professionals.

The ideal candidate will be an individual with a strong background in the development of solutions and delivery of marketing services in a Business to Business (B2B) environment.

Role Overview

  • You will be responsible for client relationships and working with the team to deliver all projects to the clients’ satisfaction, on time and to budget.

  • Identify new opportunities for the business

  • Responsibility for resolving client issues

  • Secure and establish contracts from existing clients

  • Achieve client revenue targets and be result driven

  • Posses excellent self discipline

  • Ability to adapt  & respond to client change requirements

  • Achieve high levels of client satisfaction

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills

Skills

  • Worked within a B2B marketing role – or similar

  • Confident user of IT and the Microsoft suite of services

  • Experience of working in or with FTSE 250 marketing teams – desirable

  • Experience of working in or with clients from the IT/Telco sector – desirable

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or CIM or equivalent
