This is a new role being created to support the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility in developing and managing the Group’s environment and sustainable development strategy.
You will be responsibility for managing and delivering several projects at any one time.
Manage, deliver and co-ordinate major accounts within the business.
Improve the current project delivery process.
Have the ability to advise on CR communications in all areas of reporting, strategic communications and employees engagement.
Promote the Corporate Responsibility agenda within the group.
Build teams to deliver results within the CR division
Market the company’s CR agenda externally and internally within the group.
Report on project status including risk, issues, opportunities, resources and with the ability to forecast.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CR projects, development and implementation or equivalent.
A broad knowledge of operational management is highly desirable.
Will have the gravitas, ambition and desire to communicate at all levels including board level when required.
Ability to present and be a public speaker when required.
Excellent communication skills verbally and written with the ability to compile corporate communication reports.
