This Financial Service arm of a UK leading mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants and Corporate Finance Advisors, has an outstanding reputation. A company that will enhance any CV, they are currently looking to add to the Senior Management team with the appointment of a Southern Regional Director.
The company has a strong market presence within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation during a period of expansion and assist it in attaining even greater growth. Working with a broad client base you should be experienced in providing advice in all aspects of Financial Services.
About the role:
Your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for 7+ consultants.

Recruit 3rd party Introducers.

Conduct annual performance reviews.
-
Conduct observed client meetings of Consultants/Trainees to prove attainment/maintenance of competence.

Review of all fact finds/recommendation reports prior to competency sign off.

Ensure that training and development needs of Consultants/Trainees are identified/facilitated and recorded as CPD.

Adhere to Money Laundering and Data Protection Act requirements.

Write business circa GBP1,000,000 per annum income adhering fully to internal practices/procedures.

Observe the principles of due diligence.

Be aware of, and observe, FSA principles/regulations.
-
IFA Qualified FPC equivalent.
About you:
It goes without saying that you’ll be highly motivated with good organisational skills. You’ll need the ability to manage others to work to strict deadlines and ensure targets are achieved.
